Five screens. That is the whole app, and here is a walk through it.

Add the people you want to keep.

Name, where they live, a birthday, how often you want to talk. That is the whole form. The list sorts itself by who you have not talked to longest.

After a call, log it in twenty seconds.

Tap Log. The person is already picked and the date is today. Talk into the notes box, add a follow-up if there is one, save.

Home shows who is drifting.

Anyone past their rhythm shows under Worth a call, with how long it has been. Tap them to log the call, or say not now and they wait until tomorrow.

Before you call, read the briefing.

Written from your own notes on that one person: what you talked about last time, what they had coming up, what you promised.
